Shipping & Warranty Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5-15 business days. All orders are shipped within the contiguous Unites States. Standard shipping is free (except color samples) and transit time varies between 1-7 calendar days.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Only applies to the original retail purchaser and is non transferable. Manufacturer defects and shipping damage must be reported within 14 calendar days from day of delivery.

Covered: all internal mechanisms, components and brackets, operational cords after installation for a full 5 years from date of purchase. Buyer must pay for shipping.

Not covered: any conditions caused by normal wear and tear; abuse, accidents, misuse and/or alterations to the product; failure to follow installation instructions and after installation, such as cleaning procedures; exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture, fire) and discoloration over time.

Resolution of warranty issues: Please contact us - TailorView will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If a product replacement is needed for a discontinued product under warranty, we will provide a substitute product that matches as closely as possible.
