Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to personalization/customization of all of our window coverings, all products window coverings are sold as is and cannot be returned for a refund. However, if for any reason your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will remake or refund depending on the circumstances. Please provide images and/or video of the damage or defects to begin the remaking process. We promptly remake products normally within 5 business days after the provided images and/or video.

Important Disclaimer:

• Limit 1 remake per item; 4 item remakes per household per lifetime (unless the error is ours, we'll make it right!)

• Must report damage or missing items to us within 7 calendar days of receiving upon which a replacement or missing parts will be granted.

• Same-product remakes only, within 30 calendar days of receipt of package.

Due to the nature of custom making each order, we begin using/cutting material precisely to the measurements on each order the next business day an order is received. Therefore, we can only cancel orders within 24 hours after an order is placed.
